- You are responsible for accurate metadata, credits, and artwork.
5. Royalties & Payments
Royalties are paid based on reports received from digital platforms. Syran Management is not responsible for delays, reporting errors, or payment issues caused by third-party services.
6. Content Removal
We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any content that violates these Terms, platform policies, or applicable laws.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Content removal timelines depend on third-party platform policies.
8. Limitation of Liability
Syran Management shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or data.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Syran Management from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content or violation of these Terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
