  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of applicable courts

5. Repeat Infringers

Syran Management reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who are found to be repeat copyright infringers, at our sole discretion.

6. False Claims

Any person who knowingly submits false or misleading copyright claims or counter-notifications may be liable for damages under applicable law.

7. Policy Changes

We may update this Copyright / DMCA Policy at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
